As we have already said, we love wine, its limitless variety, its infinitely many faces, because no two wines are the same. There are simple, good-natured representatives that you just drink and enjoy. But there are also other, difficult complex wines, the profound ones that you don’t recognise at first sip, for which you simply need time to fathom them, which you then gladly take. Preferably in company, to discover their secrets together. Some you don’t discover after the first bottle, maybe only after the second or third. An experience!
There are many of them here. Known and unknown. And it is above all these unknown ones that we are interested in. The wine scene in Spain has developed strongly in recent years. New wineries are emerging all the time that no longer simply deliver their wines to producers and bottlers to get lost in the masses, but are becoming self-confident and producing and presenting their wines themselves.
