Description of the vinegar
| The balsamic wine vinegar is produced organically from organic wine by adding vinegar bacteria that convert the alcohol into acetic acid (vinegar). Approximately 50% of this vinegar is mixed with concentrated organic grape must. The mixture is macerated in barrels for 18 months, where it develops its aroma and flavor. It is then bottled. |
