Wine description

Aroma:  Delicate flavour with notes of stone fruit, lime, fennel and herbal notes.
Colour: Pale gold with greenish reflections.
Palate: Good natural acidity and freshness. Rich in the mouth, citrusy, balanced, fruity notes of green apple and herbs.
Overall result: This wine is characterised by its finesse, moderate acidity and great aromatic intensity.
Match with... Rice dishes, seafood, white fish or as an aperitif.
Alcohol: 12.0 % vol.

Clima: The growing area is inland, warm and dry, with an average temperature of 15ºC, which can reach 40ºC in summer.

Vinification

Fermentation:  The drained must is fermented cold, using yeasts that emphasise the primary aromas of the grape variety. The wine is then cold stabilised and filtered to preserve the aromas and freshness.
