Color Bright light yellow with golden reflections.
Palate Complex, multilayered, fresh, elegant, of ripe fruit. Well-integrated carbonic acid. There are toasted notes against a vanilla background. Long-lasting flavour.
Overall result Complex, elegant, fresh, balanced and varied cava.
Match with Aged cheeses, foie gras, smoked meats, caviar, white meats and fish with sauces - and also solo.
