Fruity aroma of citrus fruits. Peach is also noticeable.
Yellow with green reflections.
Balanced with medium acidity and well structured. The high alcohol content of over 15% by volume gives the wine a powerful body.
An excellent young, fresh and elegant white, balanced with a full-bodied palate and moderately lingering finish.
Goes well with white meat, seafood, aromatic fish, pasta dishes with light sauce and strong cheeses. Apart from that, you can also enjoy it very well alone, without dishes that tend to distract from the wonderful wine.

Luis Gutierréz the critic Robert Parker writes:
" In the 2019 white Qué Bonito Cacareaba, a blend of 45% Garnacha Blanca, 38% Viura and 17% Malvasia, I found more smoky notes and a hint of toast, very different from the 2020 I tasted alongside. It changes the mix , depending on how he sees the vineyards and looks for a balance between alcohol and acidity. The wine has been fermented in 100% new French oak barrels where it has been aged for eight months. It is tasty and powerful, with a 14.67 % alcohol and a pH of 3.15. It has notes of pollen and chamomile, dried flowers and spices."
