Luis Gutierréz the critic Robert Parker writes:
" In the 2019 white Qué Bonito Cacareaba, a blend of 45% Garnacha Blanca, 38% Viura and 17% Malvasia, I found more smoky notes and a hint of toast, very different from the 2020 I tasted alongside. It changes the mix , depending on how he sees the vineyards and looks for a balance between alcohol and acidity. The wine has been fermented in 100% new French oak barrels where it has been aged for eight months. It is tasty and powerful, with a 14.67 % alcohol and a pH of 3.15. It has notes of pollen and chamomile, dried flowers and spices."
