Wine description

Aroma: Aromas that come from the yeasts that have been in contact with wine for more than 15 years: fine pastries such as crème Anglaise, marzipan, brioche. In addition, the hints of stone fruit such as apricots and some spicy notes such as white pepper are joined. Balamic notes such as fennel, rosemary and laurel complete the overall impression.
Color: Golden color with deep -gold edges.
Palate: The entry is fresh, with surprising finesse of the carbonic acid content. Seidig, unctuous, but still fresh and remarkably alive.
Overall grade:  It is characterized by a great expressiveness and a resounding character through the long maturation. It is an expressive, elegant, carbonated wine with a creamy, velvety texture.
Match with: Ideal to accompany an entire tasting menu.

"The great 2006 Enoteca Brut Nature comes from an excellent vintage that was very warm. -Wirt made of 2.97 and without residual sugar, sharp and dry. It matured for 180 months in the bottle on the yeast. This long time creates small blisters in the bottle that give the wine a velvety texture. It is very expressive, Clean, complex and nuanced, with slightly nutty notes, hints of yeast and bread dough, balsamic and with Mediterranean notes of fennel and eSpartogras. It is long, dry, tasty and ends with a light chalk note. On request, it is also available as a brood. It is a little better than the 2004 that I tried last time. It is still unclear whether the 2005 will ever be sold. 1,800 bottles were produced. "
