The Juvé & Camps "La Capella" has a very pleasant silky and creamy texture that is generated by the fine little bubbles on the first sip. The perlage is excellently integrated into the wine and is the product of a 108 -month maturation. It is very fresh and is extremely durable in the finish with aromas of apricots, nuts and yeast biscuits.

The 2010 La Capella is a foaming Xarello from a selection of 0.7 hectares of a single vineyard (a Cava de Paraje Calificado), which matured in the bottle and was no less than 108 months on the yeast. It is a brood nature gran reserva. In the nose it is reserved with a mixture of baked apples, sweet spices, yeast and a smoky note that has a certain complexity. He feels velvety on the palate, the blisters are small and well integrated into the wine. It is clean and fresh, with concentrated flavors. 3,500 bottles produced.
