| Aroma: | On the nose we can highlight a medium-strong fruitiness in which we find aromas of nuts and ripe fruits such as banana. |
| Taste: |
On the palate we find a very sweet oil, typical of this variety. It has a low intensity of bitterness and spiciness. On the palate it shows light green notes of olive leaves that soon disappear, leaving memories of nuts and dried fruits. |
| Use: |
It is recommended raw on toasted bread or as an accompaniment to fresh dishes such as salad or a good Salmorejo Cordobés. |
