PALACIO DE LOS OLIVOS - Picual

The intensely fragrant oil has predominantly green and fresh, herbaceous aromas of leaves, artichokes, freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs such as basil and oregano, as well as notes of green and ripe bananas, tomato leaves, green almonds and peppers, kiwi and apple.

On the palate it has a fresh and clean taste, with moderate and balanced bitter and spicy attributes. It has a pleasant intensity and slightly astringent end notes.

It has received numerous awards and was recently awarded the No. 1 world ranking AOVE in the Picual variety.
