Wine Description

Aroma Intense aroma with dried fruits, toasted notes and subtle hints of fruit compote.
Color Golden yellow
Palate Elegant entry on the palate with very good acidity, silky carbonation and a finish with notes of dried fruit and toasted aromas.
Overall result Rich nose with notes of dry spices, honey, toasted aromas and orange peel. Powerful and distinctive on the palate with a hint of saltiness on the finish.
Match with White meat, white fish and seafood. Also suitable in combination with tapas and finger food or as an aperitif.
