The Fino is very structured, powerful and with great freshness. It has very spicy aromas and a celery note on the finish.
It is a powerful and fresh Fino, sharp and persistent, long, surprisingly elegant, lively and vibrant.

Luis Gutiérrez, Robert Parker's critic for Spain writes:
"The NV Fino Viña Corrales Pago Balbaína bottled in May 2022 is different from the 2021 bottling, as the wine is influenced by the dry year and has more smoke, flint and yeast aromas. It is round and lush, with a buttery feel to the texture and textbook notes of esparto grass and wet chalk. The finish is bone dry, delicious and almost salty. They also add the wine from Viña Corrales in Balbaína. I also tasted the wine from the current solera and it is impressive how the wine seems to have changed in a year and how the influence of the different yeasts is noticeable on the nose, with the influence of the Beticus yeasts evident in the smokiness. "
