criticism

Luis Gutiérrez, the wine critic Robert Parkers, writes:

"The NV Fino Viña Corrales Pago Balbaína, which was filled in May 2022, differs from the bottling from 2021, since the wine is influenced by the dry year and has more smoke, flint and yeast aromas. It is round and Lush, with a butter -like feeling in the texture and the textbook -like grades of eSpartogras and wet chalk. The finish is bone dry, delicious and almost salty. They also add the wine from Viña Corrales in Balbaína. I also have the wine from the current Solera Trying and it is impressive how the wine seems to have changed in a year and how the influence of the different yeasts in the nose is noticeable, with the influence of the Beticus yeast in the smoky.
