Intense on the nose, with exceptional aromas very typical of the Spätlese: Figs, sultanas and plums mingling with fermenting aromas and pastries, typical of the maturation on the lees.

The wine has a soft creamy texture and a very intense, full-bodied, slightly salty-bitter taste. Its acidity gives it a good structure. The wine has a long-lasting finish.
In the mouth, it is light and intense at the same time. So subtle and creamy that it is satisfying but not tiring. The acidity and natural sweetness play with the ripe, fleshy fruit and give way to a long finish.
Desserts, pastries, blue cheese and dark chocolate.
